have any questions or concerns regarding the ingredients,
please feel free to contact us. and we will be happy to answer any
questions you may have.
If you are prone to skin allergies, onlybyheatherandmary.co.uk suggest
that you do a test patch before using a product. If you have any medical
concerns about using our products, some of which contain essential oils
that should not be used when pregnant, lactating or with certain medical
conditions, please consult your medical practitioner. Essential oils should
not be used under the age of 6.

packaging, and scent, or withdraw any products at any time.
Storage
Products should be kept in their original packaging and stored away from
direct sunlight or extreme temperatures such as a radiator, window or
open door as some products can fade, deteriorate or sweat if left in direct
light or heat. As products are handmade and hand cut, slight variations
in colour, size or scent may occur between batches.
How are you
regulated?
All materials and supplies used in manufacturing our products confirm
to EU regulations relating to Cosmetic Products (safety)where applicable.
If I wanted
a big order could onlybyheatherandmary.co.uk accommodate that?
One of the key principles within our production process is that all orders
should be treated equally and should not be treated dependant on the size
of the order. As a result we are able to take on larger orders and quantity
is no issue for us to produce a larger order, however at the point of
ordering if we anticipate your order to take a little longer than our
stated despatch times then we will aim to inform you as soon as possible.
Backorders
While we try to maintain a constant stock of all of our items, we do sometimes
run out. We will make every effort to update the site immediately to reflect
this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen,
we will simply delete the out-of-stock item from your order and process
it as normal. We will also notify you by email.
Samples
We are sorry but we do not supply goods on approval nor do we supply free
samples of our soaps. If you'd like to try our soaps, we recommend that
your order just one full-size bar from this website. This costs less than
£5 delivered in the UK and we're confident that you will enjoy it...
How can I
pay for products from onlybyheatherandmary.co.uk?
At present we accept the following methods of payment. Credit and Debit
cards and PayPal.
How secure are my internet payments?
All of the Credit and Debit card payments we take are processed through
PayPal's secure payment centre, as soon as payment has been taken your
details are removed from our secure database and are non-recoverable.
In some cases we will call you if there is a problem with your payment
however we will not be able to divulge any of your payment information
and instead will ask a security question.
What is a CVV number?
A CVV number or Security Number is the newly implemented means of confirming
you are the cardholder online. The CVV is the 3 small digits on the reverse
of your Credit or Debit card and is required so that we can confirm your
payment.
How is my order packed?
All orders are packaged securely, using a variety of packaging materials
including foam, air pockets and scrap boarding. All of the cartons we
use are recycled to aid in the preservation of our forests and woodlands.
What happens if my item(s) is damaged when I receive it?
If you order arrives damaged or missing please follow the instructions
available on our Terms and Conditions page.
