Returns Policy Only…by Heather and Mary must be advised of any damaged item within two working days of receipt. These items must be returned to us before refund or exchange. Returned items may be accepted within seven days of receipt, however postage charges will be incurred by the customer. Prior agreement with Only…by Heather and Mary is imperative in order to secure item refund. Delivery Schedule In general all orders will be dispatched as soon as we can put your order together, however we will make exception should you require special postage to be arranged. Simply email us with the special request. Shipping And Handling We DO NOT charge for delivery to the UK. If you require shipping to Non Uk address, please contact us direct. All products are sent using Royal Mail recorded Post. Any orders over £40.00 will also be covered by insurance. Backorders While we try to maintain a constant stock of all of our items, we do sometimes run out. We will make every effort to update the site immediately to reflect this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen, we will simply delete the out-of-stock item from your order and process it as normal. We will also notify you by email. Privacy Your personal information is kept confidential. We do not save or hold credit card information. We do not share your information with any other party (except carefully chosen couriers to deliver products where required). Samples We are sorry but we do not supply goods on approval nor do we supply free samples of our soaps.
